About the Club
The Secret Letter Mail Club is a monthly subscription featuring original artwork, Regency-inspired
stories, letters, and collectible keepsakes created by Hannah Joy Gile.
Orders & Subscriptions
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and
your cancellation will apply to future renewals. Orders already processed for the current month's
edition cannot be cancelled.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are shown on the website and are subject to change. Payment must be received before
your order is prepared and dispatched.
Shipping
I ship to the destinations listed on my website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary
depending on your location and postal services.
Refunds
Please refer to the Refund Policy for full details. As each edition contains exclusive creative work,
refunds are generally not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the creative content.
However, I will always do my best to resolve genuine issues fairly.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, stories, letters, designs, photographs, and written content remain my intellectual
property unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or used
commercially without my written permission.

While I take great care in creating and delivering every order, I cannot be held responsible for
delays, losses, or damages caused by events outside my reasonable control, including postal
