Shipping Policy
A Personal Note
Thank you for supporting The Secret Letter Mail Club. Every edition is thoughtfully created, packed,
and posted by me. I truly appreciate your patience and support.
Monthly Dispatch
The Secret Letter Mail Club is dispatched once each month. Orders placed before the monthly
cut-off date will receive the upcoming edition. Orders placed after the cut-off date will begin with the
following month's edition. The monthly dispatch date and order cut-off date will always be displayed
on my website.
Shipping Destinations
I currently ship to the United Kingdom and a selection of international destinations. If your country is
not available at checkout, please get in touch and I'll be happy to see if shipping can be arranged.
Delivery Times
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times are approximately:
• United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
• Europe: 3–10 working days
• International: 5–20 working days
These delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on postal services and
customs processing.
Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Any such charges are
the responsibility of the customer.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact me and I will do my best to
help. If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the postal service, I will arrange a replacement where
possible. If that month's edition is no longer available, I may offer a refund or store credit.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs
of the parcel and its contents. If the damage occurred before or during shipping, I will happily
replace the affected item or offer an appropriate solution.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I cannot be responsible
for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Delivery DelaysOnce your parcel has been handed to the postal service, delivery is outside my control. While I
cannot refund delays caused by the postal service, customs, weather, or other unforeseen
circumstances, I will always do my best to help track your parcel and resolve any issues.
