Refund Policy

A Personal Note

Every edition of The Secret Letter Mail Club is lovingly created by me. My goal is for each delivery

to feel magical, and if something genuinely goes wrong, I will always do my best to make it right in a

fair and reasonable way.

Subscriptions

You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will apply to future

renewals. Once payment has been processed for a monthly edition, I begin preparing that month's

artwork, letters, and keepsakes, so I am unable to cancel or refund that edition.

Returns & Refunds

Each month's edition contains exclusive artwork, original stories, letters, and collectible items

created especially for that release. Because of this, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for

change of mind or personal preference.

Creative Content

Every story, letter, painting, and keepsake is an original creation from my studio. As everyone

experiences art and stories differently, I cannot offer refunds simply because you did not enjoy a

particular month's content.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of

delivery and include photographs where possible. If the mistake was mine, I will happily replace the

item or offer an appropriate refund.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the postal service, I will arrange a replacement where possible.

If that month's edition has sold out, I will offer either a refund or store credit.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before dispatch. I cannot be responsible for parcels

sent to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Once I have posted your parcel, delivery times are in the hands of the postal service. While I cannot

refund delays outside my control, I will gladly help you track your parcel and assist however I can.

Goodwill

If you're unhappy for any reason, please reach out to me. I truly value everyone who supports my

work, and while I cannot guarantee a refund outside this policy, I will always do my best to find a fair
